Our Studio really makes getting fit personal! We are far removed from the “normal” gym environment. Our highly qualified team is committed to helping you achieve your goals and will design the perfect programme to suit your objectives.


Firstly, we will discuss where you are now and where you want to be. We’ll assess your current fitness, your goals and the time you have available and then create a complete training plan unique to you - we’ll even work out a healthy eating strategy. Throughout your programme we monitor your progress and adjust it to keep your training at an optimum level. If the Studio environment is not for you, we can move your programme to wherever suits you … your home … the park …anywhere that suits you.

We have an arsenal of equipment, such as free weights, TRX, Kettle Bells and alongside all the usual stuff we advocate using the Power Plate - a unique piece of equipment that enhances your workout and targets your problem areas, and helps build your energy levels.

If you need us to liaise with a therapist then we can do so. If you are recovering from an injury or other condition then we can work alongside your therapist to make sure that we are all on the same page.

Qualified YMCA personal trainer award and ETM.


Jo is a runner, active dancer and is happiest trekking in a far flung part of the world.  She has run the Paris Marathon, climbed Kilimanjaro, danced in shows and trekked across the Himalayas and the Andes.


Jo will help you challenge, progress and develop yourself, encouraging you all the way to help you feel good about yourself and take care of you!


Piotr Peter Kardas


Piotr qualified as a physiotherapist first degree in 2000 then completed his master’s degree in 2005 at Academy of Physical Education in Cracow, Poland.


He is fully certified APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) Instructor also holds many qualification in fitness and clinical training. He has worked as a fitness coach, sports physiotherapist and personal trainer for 15 years both in Poland an in the UK where he moved in 2003. His passion and special interest is bringing fitness coaching, physiotherapy and Pilates together to develop comprehensive and holistic exercise programmes to his clients.

Jane created Fitness for Everybody in 2004, using her individual approach to help clients achieve their personal goals. From weight loss and general health to gaining muscle mass, injury rehabilitation and designing specific training programmes for individual sports and events.


As a trained Clinical Exercise Practitioner Jane works with medical referrals and cardiac rehabilitation, understanding the special requirements of post surgery exercise or managing an injury, designing regimes to improve recovery, or manage the condition.

Mum and baby classes!


Mums can come along to a class with their baby up to 8 months old.  We run sessions on the Power Plate which is great for getting back into shape after birth concentrating on tummy, back, posture and general well being.  Babies can sit in the buggy while mum gets her body back! Please see schedule for times and to book.

Small group/semi PT


These 30 minute sessions are taught by a personal trainer in a group of no more than 4 people.  Each workout is varied and can be tailored to the individual. Sessions are booked in advance. Please see booking system, £20 for 30 minutes.

TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE


HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class originally used for athletes  combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts followed by rest periods  this will tone your body and more importantly burn fat!  Also improve your endurance and clear your mind for the rest of your day! Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Our online booking system is for classes only and is not available for any personal training appointments as these are made between

each individual trainer and you the client. personal training sessions require 12 hours notice cancellation or a session will be charged
