Far removed from the “normal” gym environment. It is a purely private 1-2-1 training experience. Very close to the Shard and trendy Bermondsey Street.

Jane, the studio owner, will discuss where you are now and where you want to be after assessing your current fitness, your goals and the time you have available and then create a complete training plan unique to you - even work out a healthy eating strategy. Throughout your programme progress will be monitored and adjusted to keep your training at an optimum level.  

The studio has an arsenal of equipment, such as free weights, TRX, Kettle Bells and alongside all the usual equipment Jane is a specialist in using the the Power Plate - a unique piece of equipment that enhances your workout and targets  problem areas, burns fat quicker than any other piece of kit,  helps build your energy levels, enhances endurance in general fitness and sports related training.

If you are recovering from an injury or other condition Jane can work alongside your therapist to make sure that we are all on the same page.

Jane is a specialist in post natal care and is happy to welcome new mums to bring their baby in their session up to the age of 8 months if they are happy to sit in the buggy.

Jane is a passionate trainer with two decades of experience in the health and fitness industry. As an ex gymnast who has suffered many injuries she understands how to push the body to achieve results. She believes any condition can be worked around to achieve the goals that are set. Jane set up Fitness for Everybody, in Bermondsey in 2004 using her individual approach to help clients achieve their personal goals.

Specialising in body fat reduction, strength and conditioning, core strengthening, programming for many individuals, anyone in fact, those new to exercise, general fitness, weight loss, pre and post natal, also those recovering from surgery or injury to endurance athletes and nutritional advice.

After 20 years in the industry helping many clients, Jane has an enthusiasm for fitness and nutrition and is passionate about making a change to people’s health and well-being.

 Jane can devise tailored exercise and nutrition programmes to ensure that you achieve your goals.

Jane has a brilliant success rate.

As a trained Clinical Exercise Practitioner Jane works with medical referrals and cardiac rehabilitation, understanding the special requirements of post surgery exercise or managing an injury, designing regimes to improve recovery, or manage the condition.
