Accessing personal training in London couldn’t be easier with our convenient location; situated in SE1, Bermondsey, we’re only a 7 minute walk from either London Bridge or Borough Station, a short ride by tube from Canary Wharf and south of the river from the City of London, in between London Bridge and Tower Bridge.

Personal training times are arranged between client and trainer.
|Information||We run courses and monthly memberships. Each session is based on a 20 minute Power Plate session. Therefore the 40 minute small group/semi personal training are 2 out of your allocation.|
