Our independent personal training studio and gym really does make getting fit personal! Our experienced team, led by seasoned expert Jane Dowling, are highly qualified and completely committed to helping you get the results you want, tailoring your programme to suit your individual objectives.
Your personal trainer will take the time to talk to you about where you are now and where you want to be. We’ll assess your current fitness levels, discuss your goals and the time you have available, then create a completely personalised training plan - we’ll even work out a healthy eating strategy for you too!
Our personal training sessions
Among the different tools and techniques we adopt, we are keen advocates of the Power Plate – a unique piece of equipment that can be used to target your problem areas and help to build your energy levels. Exercise helps to increase serotonin levels – the naturally occurring ‘feel good drug’ that boosts your feeling of wellbeing and happiness.
During your sessions we will regularly monitor your progress in order to keep training at optimum levels and adjust your personal training programme as required to keep you track.
If you're pregnant, the Power Plate is contra-indicated and can’t be used, but we offer pre and post natal exercise sessions designed to meet your needs. We also hold a regular boot camp and provide anti-ageing personal training among our many services.
Personal training times are arranged in agreement between client and trainer.

We also have a fully qualified and experienced physiotherapist in our studio, giving you the chance to enjoy some deep tissue massage, acupuncture or manipulation after your personal trainer has tired you out! We even have an onsite beauty therapist for a little pampering too!

Where to find our personal trainers: London SE1, Bermondsey is the location of our fitness studio and gym, a short walking distance from the Shard and London Bridge or Borough Stations - and a few minutes by tube from Canary Wharf. We are just south of the river from the City of London, in between London Bridge and Tower Bridge – easy to find and convenient to reach from many areas of London!
