Our independent studio and gym is based in Bermondsey, SE1, and we're here to help you reach your fitness goals - with a choice of 1 hour one-to-one sessions with your very own personal trainer or the more cost effective option of small semi-personal training classes.
Whatever approach you choose, we can put you through your paces with boot camp sessions, cardio fitness programmes or circuit training and we also offer a FREE 20 minute Power Plate trial to all new clients – the benefits of which are equivalent to over an hour in the gym!
We believe that fitness opportunities should be available to everybody, so we provide a wide variety of monthly membership options, classes and target-focused personal training. SE1 is a great, central location, offering London residents easy access to our fully equipped gym and highly trained experts – led by friendly studio owner and fitness professional, Jane Dowling.
Power Plate classes
20 minute classes, great for time-challenged professionals who want focused toning without having to shower after – allowing you to return to the office quickly and with minimal disruption to your working day.
Small group training/semi personal training
Its like personal training without the cost! 40 minute sessions for those who want to work harder and don’t mind sweating! Using different equipment including; Power Plate, TRX, spin bike, treadmill, weights...and more! In a group of no more than 4.
1-2-1 personal training
For those with more specific aims, such as weight loss, sports specific training, injury rehabilitation or for those who feel more comfortable with one of our personal trainers on a 1-2-1 level in a 1 hour session. We will take your picture, weighand measure you along with a fitness test so you can see your progress. We will also monitor your food and give advice on your food diary.

We offer post natal exercise classes, anti-ageing and wellness sessions and sports-specific training such as our ski fit course.
Power Plate classes, small group/semi-personal trainer classes run on every hour and half hour. Our opening times are:
|Monday-Wednesday||7.30am - 8.00pm|
|Thursday||7.30am - 8.30pm|
|Friday||7.30am - 2.00pm|
|We are closed for classes between 2.00pm and 4.00pm|
|Saturday||9.30am - 2.00pm|
Our last small group training sessions start 20 or 40 minutes before closing time, depending on length of session and boot camp starts at 6.50am.
Personal training times are in agreement between client and trainer.

Location; We are 7 minutes walk from London Bridge or Borough Stations and only a few minutes by tube from Canary Wharf. We are just south of the river from the City of London, in between London and Tower Bridges.
