Fitness For Every Body was set up in 2004 by Jane Dowling. Jane is a highly qualified fitness professional and has worked in the fitness industry for nearly 16 years. Jane used the Power Plate extensively for her own training and general fitness and to help recover from a back injury acquired from a car accident. She is extremely passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
Jane has worked in an assortment of settings with a wide variety of clients. This diversity has helped her understand the needs of different people from sports professionals, those with clinical needs, celebrities and those who want to improve general fitness.
Jane's high standards of working and training are reflected in the fantastic team at Fitness for Every Body.
Our location is very central just a few minutes by tube from Canary Wharf and just south of the river from the City in between London and Tower Bridge. Just 5 minutes walk from Tooley Street. View the map.
