We recommend 2 - 3 sessions per week depending on the improvements you would like to achieve.
Our classes are 20 minutes in duration and run every half hour in a fully supervised group of 4. Please arrive 5 minutes before the class.
Location: Only 7 minutes walk from London Bridge / Borough Stations, a few minutes by tube from Canary Wharf and just south of the river from the City of London, between London and Tower Bridges.
