The Power-Plate gives fantastic results without having to put as much effort into the workout as conventional training (no sweating!). You will only need to take 20 minutes out of your day!
At Fitness for Every Body we understand how the body works and how everyone reacts differently to exercise. When we tailor your programme we will take into consideration your specific body shape, for example, if you are pear shape (larger bottom and thighs) we will do lower intensity on the lower body (if the legs and bottom are worked too hard then they just get bigger)!
*For weight loss and cellulite reduction it is advisable to take some additional type of aerobic exercise and follow a healthy eating regime. Nutritional advice is available. Food diaries will be requested, but don't worry we won't shout at you!
If weight loss is your goal then we recommend 3 sessions per week for at least 5 weeks (Remember it is only 20 minutes!) followed by a maintenance programme of 2 sessions per week.
Our classes are 20 minutes in duration and run every half hour in a fully supervised group of 4. Please arrive 5 minutes before the class.
Location: Only 7 minutes walk from London Bridge / Borough Stations, a few minutes by tube from Canary Wharf and just south of the river from the City of London, between London and Tower Bridges.
