Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8.00am - 8.00pm (last appointment 7.30pm)
Tuesday & Thursday 7.30am - 8.00pm (last appointment 7.30pm)
Saturday 10.30am - 2pm (last appointment 1.30pm).

Gym clothes and trainers are not necessary. All you need is loose clothing to allow freedom of movement. We just ask that you bring some clean socks!

Our classes are 20 minutes in duration and run every half hour in a fully supervised group of 4. Please arrive 5 minutes before the class.

Standing Order

There is a one off administration fee of £10

12 classes per month minimum 6 months £175 per month
12 classes per month minimum 12 months £150 per month
8 classes per month minimum 6 months £116 per month
8 classes per month minimum 12 months £99 per month

Terms and Conditions

All Power Plate courses (except specific courses) to be used within 6 months from the start of the course. No refunds can be given. Courses cannot be shared.

First payment of £175/£150/£116/£99 plus the administration fee to be paid in person at the time of sign up, by debit/credit card or cash.
The subsequent payments to be taken by standing order
Monthly payments to reach Fitness For Everybody Ltd by the 3rd of every month otherwise a full fee will be payable for all previous sessions.
Additional sessions can be purchased at regular price if required
No refunds available on standing order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Unused sessions cannot be carried over to the next month
If you fail to arrive to a booked class it will be deducted from your allocation for that month
Sessions cannot be shared or allocated to anyone else

Our cancellation policy: Please be considerate with your notice of cancellation we have a waiting list during the busy times. We require 4 hours notice of cancellation. Anything outside of this time or no shows will automatically be deducted from your course or single session may be charged.
