Post Natal Exercise

Due to popular demand we are now offering specialist Post-Natal exercise sessions.

We will concentrate on the abdominal and back muscles which are weakened through pregnancy and childbirth. We will also focus on general toning of problem areas and other areas of vulnerability and tension which can result from looking after a young baby. We end the sessions with relaxation and massage.

All this with little effort and time!

These specialised sessions, where babies are welcome are run at specific times:
9.00am - 9.30am, Monday to Friday. (See FAQs)

Location: Only 7 minutes walk from London Bridge / Borough Stations, a few minutes by tube from Canary Wharf and just south of the river from the City of London, between London and Tower Bridges.
