Power-Plate

Power-Plate is a vibrating platform that easy exercises are performed on. As the vibrations contract the muscles at a rate of between 25-50 times per second, results can be seen in a 3rd of the time and effort the conventional exercise.
The idea of vibration training originates from the Russian space programme where it showed fantastic results in strengthening the bones and muscles of the cosmonauts. As a result they could increase their stay in space from 120 to 420 days.
Research was carried out into Achilles tendon injuries of the Russian ballet dancers. Not only did the injury repair quicker than normal but their speed and power increased.
Since then it has caused a revolution in the fitness, wellness, anti-aging and beauty industry. It has won awards globally.
The Power-Plate can be used by nearly everyone* whether they are top athletes, untrained, elderly or overweight.
