These benefits will have an impact on a wide range of sporting activities, such as:

Football (used in training by Premiership clubs), swimming, tennis, squash, skiing, snowboarding, surfing, sailing, golf (Clint Eastwood, a keen golfer, has used Power-Plate to increase his swing power and hence lower his handicap) and many more.

At Fitness for Every Body we will use the Power-Plate and our experience to tailor a programme specifically for you that will compliment your existing training schedule or chosen sport, whether you are a recreational sports person or professional.

We recommend between 2-3 sessions per week depending on your existing training schedule. These sessions are 30 minutes in duration and run during off peak times*

*Off peak times are 9.00am until 11.45 and 2pm until 5pm Mon to Friday.

Location: Only 7 minutes walk from London Bridge / Borough Stations, a few minutes by tube from Canary Wharf and just south of the river from the City of London, between London and Tower Bridges.
