Personal Training
We can offer a variety of workouts, either with or without the Power Plate.
At Fitness for Every Body we will take time to talk to you to find out your current fitness levels, what your goals are, the time you have available and with this information will develop a personal programme to suit you needs. During your programme we will regularly monitor your progress.
There are a variety of reasons for taking on a personal training programme:

- Strength & conditioning training
- Injury rehabilitation
- Sports specific
- Ski-Fit
- Marathon training
- Returning or new to exercise
- Cardiac Rehabilitation
- Pregnancy (unable to use Power Plate)

Opening Times: Our times for personal training differ from the classes. The appointment is agreed between the client and trainer.
Please Note: We are very strict with our cancellation policy with Personal training as unlike the Power Plate classes we cannot slot someone else in. So if you do not give us at least 24 hours notice you will be charged for you missed session.
NB: At the moment as we are under refurbishment so we do not have showers.
