Yoga Vibes

Jane Dowling and Beko Kaygee have developed this innovative class YogaVibes® which combines the well established benefits of Yoga with the Power Plate.

This 30 minute class is a great chance for a beginner to be introduced to the activity or for an experienced Yoga enthusiast to reaffirm their passion with a fresh and more challenging approach.

  • Single Session - 23.00 (payable in advance)
  • Course of 10 Sessions - 200.00

Our Yoga expert Beko Kaygee, an Indian trained Yoga teacher explains: 'Having taught a range of Yoga disciplines over the past ten years, I believe that Yoga Vibes® will be revolutionary for time-poor Yoga devotees.'

He adds, 'Almost every Yoga Asana (posture/pose) can be carried out on the Plate. This means that, in just a 30-minute Yoga Vibes® class, muscles are worked harder and actively stretched, balance skills are further heightened and the detox benefits are more intensely enhanced than they are in any floor-based Yoga exercises.'

Payment for a single session must be made in advance and all 10 sessions must be used within 3 months.

Please note we require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules. We are unable to offer refunds. If you are on a course, one class will automatically be deducted

Cardio Vibes

Jane Dowling has developed this 40 minute session which combines the benefits of a cardio workout & the Power Plate.

  • Price - 40.00 or two sessions if you are paying for a course.

Jane has pooled her years of teaching experience into a new class 'CardioVibes' She started this a few months after opening the studio when she felt her regular clients were not receiving enough Cardio Vascular exercise and also became bored of teaching just conditioning! So, asked if they would like to do a 'double' 2x 20 minute Power Plate sessions back to back to include cardio as well as toning. Existing and new clients love it! Give it a go, you will need wear trainers but yes you will sweat!
