HIIT Training

We offer 30 minute HIIT training during lunchtimes and Saturdays

Saturdays we offer a discounted rate £30 per half hour. If you would like an hour just let us know!

Lunchtimes 12pm until 2pm.

Saturday sessions run from 7am until 12pm.  Train with Eddy and choose if you would like a 30 or 60 minute session. Bring a friend for free!

Plug in  your own music so you can have a private fitness party! We like to think we can make exercise fun!

How does HIIT training work?!

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time!
