We now have an online booking system to make your life easier to book your Saturday 30 minute HIIT Sessions. The sessions run from 8.30am until lunchtime the cost is £30 and if you would like to buddy up with someone then you can bring them for free! We will leave it up to you who pays! Any other slots for PT them email us on the link below.

Welcome to Eilidh (pronounced A-Lee) she is just great, you will love her! She is a dancer, marathon runner and generally a fantastic PT! She will be taking you through your paces on Saturdays, don’t worry if have never been HIIT before she will take you at your own pace so if you have any worries re your fitness or injuries levels just email us before hand and let us know.

Pre and Post Natal Training – Babies welcome!
Dana and I have been teaching pre and post-natal fitness now for many years. Our 30 minute sessions are just great for mums to be and for new mums. It is so important to stay fit during pregnancy as this will help with labour and to make the recovery easier. We work on core strength in a safe and effective way; we focus on posture as the body changes dramatically through pregnancy and when baby has arrived make sure that mum feels that her body is hers once again. Pelvic floor, core strength and postural adjustments are changed through every stage of each trimester and during post pregnancy. We welcome mums to bring baby under 8 months old. Prices are £30-35 per 30 minute session.
